- A resume is welcome but not required. The best thing you can do is pre-apply online before you come — it only takes about 5 minutes and means we'll already have your info on file so you can skip the paperwork and go straight to meeting the team.
- Business casual is perfect. You'll be meeting our hiring team and touring the community, so wear something you'd feel comfortable working in. Pre-applying online ahead of time means you can spend your visit focused on the conversation, not filling out forms.
- Not for every role. We provide paid training for caregivers, and we love hiring people with warm hearts, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. LPN roles require an active Alabama license. Pre-apply online first — it lets us match you to the right role before you even walk in.
- Yes! We're hiring for both part-time and full-time positions, including flexible shifts that work around school, family, or another job. Go ahead and pre-apply online so we can have a shift conversation ready for you at the fair.
